I was wondering whether or not a player looses the perks unlocked once they reach a level and (through daily -2%)drop below that level. For example the recruitment of berserkers: Once a player has reached that level once, is the recruitment of the unit still possible if their level drops below that level. Does this also apply to the boosts unlocked like say increased food production, faster recruitment etc.

nope u cant recruit if you lose ur title
