I won 10000 free rubies through the Goodgame Empire Facebook page almost 5 days ago, but have had no reply from them on Facebook or Email support, I'm hoping this post will get noticed by someone who can do something about it, or at least look it up and see whats going on.

Have you messaged them your in game name along with the server you play on? This should all be via Facebook.

yes i have, but i have received no reply, and by looking at the other people comments i can see they are all having the same trouble as me unfortunately.

I think it's a bug with this new change.
It says subscribed first, after you confirm the mail, it shows "Subscribe" again.
So i think it's broken or smth

i finally got through to support about the issue 6 days later, it has all been resolved and i have my free rubies now,
