how can I transfer attackers from my main castle to my outposts?

You can either
1) Go to the world map
2) Jump to your op on the world map
3) click the op
4) on the travel ring click the rightmost button (battlements with a shield behind them)
5) select the castle you wish to station from (default is your main)
6) you should be able to figure this out
or
1) go to economy on the bottom right bar
2) go to the overview
3) select military (on the left hand bar)
4) select the station button (battlements with a shield behind them) that is in line with your op
5) select the castle you wish to station from (default is your main)
6) you should be able to figure this out
