Topic: [353098] Weeding Out Players ???

Hello everyone :

Has anyone else noticed that in recent weeks the attacks by the FC's and Crows seem to be a bit out of balance.

I myself seem to be passed over at least 1/3rd of the time. The size of the different servers and possibly attacking one of the FC's/Crows prior to being attacked myself may trigger something in the programming.

That is not the issue here.

What seems to be occurring on a fairly frequent basis is that the players who are not all that active are being disproportionately attacked by larger armies than those who are more active during Foreigner and Crow Invasions.

Not to pre-suppose good old GGS here, but does this seem like another so called "enticement" for those who are weak to purchase rubies ?Sure, we receive gifts and all from the game. Not complaining about those. Don't ask for them and could manage without them. But still.

To consistently have the programming "perform" unusual things could lead one to believe that there may be "Something Rotten in the State of Denmark." Now that we have the updated Terms and Conditions more clearly laid out for us and are in a much better position to complain to say, lets call it a Governing Body should we feel the need, I sometimes wonder just who is actually controlling this game. With the additional hooking up with some of the largest companies in the world of cyberspace, has GGS lost another kernel of its humanity all for the sake of the almighty dollar ?

Granted the complexity of a game of this nature, the overall design, thought and technology required to keep GGE up and running in the first place is somewhat mind boggling when one thinks of the complexities involved in not only the programming, but also the marketing and psychological aspects that go along with everyday playing and / or monitoring.

So what is the answer ladies and gentlemen of Good Game Studios ?

Are there players who are in reality employees of the company? Do the shareholders (if there are any) call the shots here ?Or do the larger ruby purchasers have more say in how the game is developed. The perception some of us have in answer to some of these questions, without sounding too cynical here, is perhaps yes, perhaps no.

Still waiting to hear some feedback on Alliance Divisions. Which will be posted shortly.

Thank you all for your time and consideration.

Nope

Not sure how you connect ruby purchases with weakness. Purchasing rubies can surely help make you a stronger player, but it isn't required.

I don't think that ruby players have much to say about the things going on in this game. The developers have never really listened much to player feedback. They seem to be doing their own thing.

Is there a way to remove a player from your alliance for flagrant violations of the alliance rules, ie, description?  If so this player, Player264132297, would like to know.  You can send me your answer here with a flag via "chat" or directly to the message or chat board.  Thank you.

Boot them, same way you promoted your deputy, just click the throw out member button instead of giving them a rank
