When u switch from alliance A to alliance B, what happens with the points (for example: khan-medals) that you earned both in alliance A and alliance B ?

If a player with 10k points joins an alliance with 30k points, does the alliance instantly get 40k points? And the other alliance loses 10k? Or how does it work

Both alliances would keep those points. Alliance A would keep the  10k points you earned with them, and alliance B would remain at 30k points when you joined them.

Basically don't move.  It simply isn't worth the risk.
