So from a Single set of amour you have 5 different colours each with 9 different power levels 
so there is at least 45 different sets of 9 pieces of equipment so yay

Yes, these level-system of equipment can be found in the Phoenix (or Feniks) equipment, that you can obtain from the fortune-wheel in front of your main castle. There are more equipment with the same level-structure, but the Phoenix is the only one I know right now. The pieces have level 5 to start with and can be upgraded till level 9. How is not known to me.

I wanna make a rectification on my previous post. If you have an equipment of a certain level, you cannot increase this level. It is as it is. There is also something as the rarity.

You cannot change the rarity of your equipment. So an rare or epic armour cannot be upgraded into legendary or unique.

The only thing to upgrade your equipment is with the techicus. This upgrading can be done by coins or rubies.
