I am at level 15, have an estate that is level 1, and have sabotaged, spied on, attacked, and pressed capture on an outpost and it still appears that the outpost belongs to its old owner. I have even pressed "support" and sent 13 or so bowmen to the outpost and I am not able to do anything with it. So what is happening?
Also, how do you build an outpost?
I don't think this has anything to do with it but the only thing at the outpost is a keep

you have to hold the outpost for 24 hours, then you get it

build an estate which gives you a castellan for every lvl up (max 3).
Then click on an outpost and it'll give you a capture button, available around the 5 o'clock mark if you're looking at a clock face.
it then takes travel time to get there, usually a good few hrs, then 24 hrs occupation (unless you're cast has -% occ. time*recommended*)
