how do some players in ruins have the protection on for thousands of days

I thought protection mode was supposed to prevent you from going to ruins and how do they have it for thousands of days

I think it is GGE banned players

protections given out by the developers themselves can have different properties compared to the ones we can purchase and obtain ingame

think its for all the multi accounts and bots what players use.
they ban them and let them back in game.
