I got the flags and the chest to plunder and yes I am a lvl. 70/18. Is it something that doesn't happen often or am I missing something?

I am level 70 have storage at level 7 and need to upgrade towers to5 but i need to upgrade wall first and the storage only allows 8.8000 and I need 88900 for the upgrade or figures similar this is the only castle with the storage not at 81000 how is the game fair unless one buys rubies

not sure about the numbers but you have 2 obvious choices..build master builder to reduce costs or increase storage via construction yard..
