I had an issue with over consumption of food by the troops. Below is the screenshot. I contacted the support team but they don't have any explanation or compensation for the same. This needs to be fixed

Our data shows that troop losses are only possible if we need to shutdown a server very quickly due to technical issues or a server is suffering from an unexpected downtime. The point of time you have stated for your losses does not match one of those events. This loss may be caused by a shortage of food in one of your castles or a lost battle.

I have had that answer before, I have had the answer our systems are irrefutable, before. even when I provided screenshot proof, all that happens is they go quiet.
Their systems are not irrefutable, their system is glitchy as hell anyone that spent any amount of time playing the game is likely to have seen that. In fact anyone thats been around any sort of computer system long enough knows nothing is perfect.
Misplaced arrogance. Or simply a fob off. Who knows. But I have given up trying to get any sense from the support on this game, unless a load of people all say the same thing they just automatically assume you are lying, or what is more likely is they know if its fairly isolated they cant be bothered to look into it so will fob you off.
GGE know what their issues are, but they are either too scared or to lazy or too incompetant to tackle them, ultimatly it will be the games downfall, they know it, very soon the only accounts playing this game will be newly built players, shells built and played on cheap currency. with the older accounts used as little more than troop storage.
