I made the claim, and the answer was that they would give me Deathly horror x 7,500
Demon horror x 7,500
Veteran flame bearer x 2,500
Veteran composit bowman x 2,500
Hidden Food x 400,000
Those are soldiers that I do not use and it is not compensated with my loss, nor with the money invested.
There is no credibility in this, which makes me think if I keep playing.

I must say that gge are a bunch of idiots.

To give back a "gift" with 15k attackers, witohut iron mantlets, is very stupid.
The "gift" is for themselves... people will have to buy iron mantlets to be able to attack with so many soldeirs, to keep them alive. maybe they are not stupid, but just too gready...

The official line currently is that if you receive the automatic response from support, respond to it again explaining clearly what you have lost, where you lost them (which castles), and say that you have been told that further compensation for extra losses should be forthcoming.

after rebalancing troops my overall food consumption is about 4k less than it was before the loss, lvl8 bakeries in all castles means that i am (overall) short of about 1.7k recruitables - but plus 5k vet flames and bows, so equivalent of a firther 3.75k recruitables -= call it 5.5k in round numbers, 3 feasts and a lot of coin - plus about 70% of my horror troops were vet horrors, so a significant loss in kind

generally dispirited...

so much time and effort needed to regain my position and all because GGS skimping on server leasing, and whats to stop them doing it again? not the first time and won't be the last

i lost all my veterans when they were safe at pigeon... gg solution sucks, all troops as gift to main castle..., technicus ate my coins before this servernonsense... i can not distribute compensationtroops and i´m totally pissed because i had these best soldiers in this game for long time for revenge to big player... and they compensate with pile of trash that i can not even move to sand etc.
