hello, I'm new to the game and are looking at outposts at the moment.
I know the fair play rules and was wondering if you can take an outpost of someone who is in ruins and is not in an alliance.
I was only asking because it is a good OP and the good OP's around me are taken.

yea...if the player who is in ruins is not in any ally as you mentioned earlier, then go and take it.....
