Coulod I ask do all resources come back when storm finishes - ie wood/stone food or is it just men and tools ?

I was fairly sure res/food move back to your main castle along with men and tools, and decos go back to storage. It's been a while since I've paid much attention, but it certainly used to move at least the food back
