Your VIP has to run out and you have to wait a couple of weeks without logging in. I don't know the exact timing. But someone else might.

I think I heard somewhere that it would level+1 days or so wait time to go into ruins without login. Not sure about it as I have heard it long back.

I don't think LL levels count in that calculation, but otherwise seems right.  No idea how VIP time would effect things.

Yes, they don't come into calculation.
