To get a 5th and 6th wave, you need to build a Hall of Legends, upgrade it, and distribute the points in the attack section of the Hall of Legends. The fifth wave is in between tier 2 and 3 and tier 5 has the sixth attack wave.

easiest way for 5th wave. take sword on on last fully do it. then do middle on second (arrow) fully upgrade and fifth wave u get
