When purchasing rubies through exchanging gift cards, does GGE still apply special offers and other bonuses to your purchase, or does it only give you the base amount of rubies? I want to know before I use them, since I don't feel like it's worth the rubies are worth the cost without the addition of the special offers.

This has now been answered by another person in my alliance. For anyone who is curious, yes all normal bonuses do apply, the gift cards are treated the same as the equivalent amount of money.
