I am able to find pictures of commanders.  How do I find pictures that attach to castellans?

Do you mean you need a hero for your castellan? If so, these are available to be won in the different events such as Nomads, Samurai [exchange in the shop for tokens], or in the Long Term Player events like the Nailbiter [although currently it's a commander.]
