Reset password using the email you used to register the account
If email is broken, reset it or try to fix it
If you forgot the email then try to find out what it was again
If you can't find out what it was, then do some more thinking
If you still can't find it out, think even more
If you don't have an email (which you should) with that account, then the account is gone and you will have to create a new one if you wish to play the game
