Can someone explain how this works as there is no info on this matter or i can't find it.
Has one to set up standard attacks pvp ? how do one knows is is a haloween attacks, or how do you make it an haloween attack?

haha, sorted out 
the attack pointer has an extra selector. one put his pointer at an palyer as like one does for pvp attack and the select the bottom right picker. This will tell u that u can or can't attack that player due to the lvl.
