Topic: [358348] Is there a way to contact Support outside the game, using normal e-mail ?

     A member of our alliance has messed-up her PW and her account has been locked.  She e-mailed me on normal

e-mail asking how she might contact Support off-game to get it fixed, since she can't login to the game to contact

Support.

  Does anyone know of a way to do it ?  Or is there another approach she can take ?  I do of course have her

non-game e-mail address and if necessary will ask her permission to give it to Support if they can contact

her in that manner.

  Thanks I knew that.  I am looking for a way for a player with a locked account to contact

  Support.  In-game contact would be no problem using the normal Support mechanism but she

  needs a way to contact them outside the game since her account is locked..

   If one's account is locked, as our member's is, I don't think she can send anything

   through the game to Support, hence the question 'is there a way to contact Support

   OUTSIDE the game - Yahoo, g-mail, etc.'  ?

When you fill out the form that Lady Nym linked they sent contant her through the email that you put into the form, so then they are in contact via email

There is no other way to contact support. Only the form i posted. It doesn't matter if you are locked or not support works either way.
