Just check the construction menu for the level 1.



I currently have 22 of the needed 120.

For the Relic Greenhouse, there are NO MORE construction tokens needed after level 1.  ONLY upgrade tokens.





It is amazing what you can learn by actually PLAYING the game...……….

yeah I know, I am only complaining and it is a great game, so great that I am looking out for a bug free game where the coders know what they are doing and listening to their user-base, preferably are playing the game themselves.
She short answer to my initial question appears to be that you need 120 construction token to start the Relic Green house.
