Hi All,

I am just doing Storm Islands for the first time in a year or so and I was wondering if anyone else has noticed that some players flags and tents, occupying the various resource islands, are much smaller than others. I was wondering about the reason for this and if it signifies anything in particular? I was also wondering when this came into effect and why?

It's the same with their castles. They purchased "The King's banner". It's literally a 5k ruby upgrade that just makes your flag bigger and your castles "glow". Nothing special really other than a fancy 5k ruby pixel upgrade. I bought it for poos and farts. I hope that answers your question.

Hmmmm thanks for that YBB, though I don't think it is to do with the kings banner as there are some with the large "look at me" flags in Green and elsewhere that have really tiny flags and tents in Storm. Some, but not all. Then there are others, like me, who have never bothered spending rubies on the great big "look at me" flag, who have normal sized flags and tents in Storm and others with really tiny flags and tents too. It doesn't seem to make sense.

Yes recently the prominence of occupation tents and flags have shrunk in size and appearance on large resource islands in Storm. Depending on color scheme of players flags, it can be difficult to notice without scrutiny.

When and why it happened is a mystery. Perhaps Herveus will show up and helpfully point to were the update link is.

Yes. Though why it happens for some and not others is also a mystery.

Edit. Yay me!! I have worked out what makes it happen. It is the VIP flag (from options) not the Kings Banner (ruby purchase) that causes the tents and flags to shrink in Storm Islands. Though I still don't know why.
