If you are looking to get 50% khan rage & medal booster 6.5k are your friends as well
If you are looking for lots of tools troops or time skips the highest tier offers 85k&180k is where it's at
Highest Tablet, Khan Rage & Medal, Token, Glory Booster also at 85k&180k

So it depends on what you want but also on your pocket, if you plan to buy 100k rubies each purchase then the 50k offers will be beest for you.

just example 5 years ago I bought 5 milion for deco items.4 years ago I bought super commander for 2 milion

now all free and costs 0 money
