Wait for the 85% as there is one right now, I'd say it definitively one of the 2 strongest castellans and currently then strongest one for an outpost, IF you go for a combo,
I'd reccomend the 3 following combos
winged knight + 4 Fly's eye
Stats (when all pieces are maxxed out, no look) :
90 melee
90 ranged
120 wall protection (160 against enemy castle lords)
100 gate protection
80 moat protection
70% earlier detection
50% glory points when defending
50% courtyard
60% units on the wall (66% against enemy castle lords)
Total cost if you buy it all during 85% : ~170k
winged knight + 2 Fly's Eye + 2 Eagle's Eye
Stats (when all pieces are maxxed out, no look) :
90 melee
90 ranged
120 wall protection (160 against enemy castle lords)
100 gate protection
80 moat protection
90% earlier detection
50% glory points when defending
40% courtyard
70% units on the wall (76% against enemy castle lords)
Total cost if you buy it all during 85% : ~175k
winged knight + 4 Eagle's Eye

I'd reccomend the first one if you have under 15k defence when offline in the castke you use it in
second one when 15k-20k , third one with 20k+
Another advantage of the second one is as you might have seen that it has maximum early detection because of the set bonus of having 2 pieces of the legacy of the egale demon set gives 20% early detection
