I can't seem to get this to work, Can you tell me how to work this,  The construction yard

you will have to research blueprints in the research tower before you can use blueprints in the construction yard to craft build items.
when you have crafted build items you use the construction yard to assign the build items to the buildings.
I have to add that if you got build items from rewards you can add them at once
