In the King Market specialist tab, you can purchase maps which increase return travel speed of your troops. I have found people saying that these upgrades are permanent but when I purchased several levels of the upgrades, I came back later and it was reset to 0%. 

Is this a bug or did GGE change maps?

No one has responded, but I have determined that its just a visual bug. Im getting the full effect of the faster speeds, but its not being shown in the kings market that Ive bought anything. So, effect is still permanent, but the game inst showing it.

It is a visual bug, put it under the bugs watch thread
