I want to buy rubies using SMS method but it appears : sorry, premium shop is not available for airtel..

please solve this, I want to add up rubies to my account

Sometimes the owner of your phone account towards the certain phone networks, sets limits on its use. If you are not the owner( person that pays the bill) you should ask for permission to change that, if you are, then i believe you should go in the settings and have a look at your allowance.
