Topic: [361879] Suspended/Banned for absolutely NO reason?

I woke up one morning to check on my empire to find out I was banned/suspended permanently. I had received e-mails yes, but they do not help. I had banned for zilch, nada, nothing. So don't pull that "If you were banned you obviously did something."

Is there any sort of LIVE support system from the Studio themselves to actually help me out on this?

I already went towards the support page and there is NO solution to my problem.

I'm even suspicious at the fact that a malicious user somehow got into my account when I have given no passwords or usernames out.

Did you charge with a credit card that could have canceled the transaction after the purchased rubys were put on your account?

Usually you will get an Email saying why you were banned.

Yes, I bought a 5 Dollar ruby pack. Then I went to bed.

Then I went to sleep and woke up to an email saying something about a credit card but then it said my account was permanently suspended.

Now I'm not sure at all maybe a BM could clear this up, but I believe you can pay the payment that got canceled and get your account back.
Again I don't know this for sure but would be worth asking support about.

If it's relating to payments, typically the ban will be lifted after the issue is cleared up, however there is no guarantee as I am unaware of your certain situation. What you can do is visit the support page at the link below and submit a ticket explaining the issue. Someone will get back to you shortly regarding the issue via email.
