I have tried the support button several times and have not been able to get in touch with anyone at GGE. I have an in game loss on the bonus. I did reach out to their payment department and surprisingly they answered and they said they have nothing to do with that. I then asked them to contact GGE for me and let them know I can not contact them using the support avenue. I have not heard from them since. I am at a loss as to what to do next.. Each day I try and send an email through their support, thinking that their new system is messing up badly and maybe they'll get it straightened out.... but, I do not receive any confirmation that they received it. I have even gone so far and asked others that said they heard from GGE to let them know I can not reach them. They were quick to take my money and that was it.

Can you PM me with your support ticket ID and I'll see if I can find out what happened. No guarantees as it's rather outside my sphere of influence, but I can try. When did you raise the ticket?
