I had some work to do and I forgot to log in for about 30 days. Now when I logged in, I am lvl1 and I was lvl70 before that. Is there any way to get my old castle back or I must start from the beginning?

If you bought Rubies, your account would have been protected for your return. If you never bought any, after a certain amount of time, your account gets deleted. as a level 70, it will take about 30 days for your account to fall into ruins. Your account falls into ruins if you are inactive for a long period of time. This period of time before your account falls under ruins is even shorter if your account is a low level.
Now, as a ruins, your account begins a countdown until it is completely deleted off the server. This countdown is much much longer if you have bought rubies in the past. If you haven't bought rubies, it will take roughly 30 days for your account to fall under ruins and another 15 days (roughly) for your account to be deleted. So about 45 days. If you bough rubies, this entire process will be extended to about 90 days.
There is no way for you to retrieve your account back unfortunately. If you create an account under the same name and password on the same server, I do believe you at least get your rubies you had saved up on your previous account though.

Also make sure you log in on the right server.
