Logged into game several months ago and GG said "player does not exist." Figured because of lack of time in game, so started new account with same log-in info. When got up to level 30 in new castle...I was suddenly transported back to original castle! I had just purchased rubies in 2nd castle and want them! How do I get them anda how do I get rid of 2nd castle??

Best thing to do here is to report the issue through support, as I highly doubt any of the players themselves will be able to do anything.

Are you sure you logged in to the same server for both times?

Nope, he was in INT3.

I noticed recently that US1 is once again the default server for the log-in screen. It would seem that @SnortWarrior9 (US1) accidently joined INT3 and with the change in default, is back into his US1 account.

As always, no communication of this change went out...…..

For me the default is always the last server logged onto(us or test), though for a while it would occasionally switch to Int3, but since I do log on to different servers it was a no-brainer for me to get to the right server.

If you don't clear the browser cache, it will be your last logged in server. If you clear it, it is now defaulted to US1. It WAS defaulted to INT3. I see this all the time when I am logging into the 2 servers I play on.

So, people do experience different results depending on the above......
