Hi,
when i take a laboratory, can i take the troops back to my castle?
same question for villages 
is it possible?

Sure is you just need to leave 1 troop there.

just remember, leaving 1 troop makes it easy to capture for someone else.

Just had someone try it on the Test Server.  They sent 32 crossbows against one of my RVs.  Clearly didn't Espy first, and made the guess that there was only 1 troop in the middle.  (sent 16-0-16)  They didn't know that I house defense in mine...………
