Topic: [366770] Quest missing: filling the warchest with foreign invasion

So about 2-3 weeks ago i got to lvl 70. I cought word of the filling the warchest quest for the foreign invasion event. However I have not seen the quest anywhere in my questbook. I know where it is supposed to show up however it is not showing up. If anyone knows why please let me know.

Another forum user said something along the lines of, "I contacted support over the matter, and they said you need to be legendary level 30 to receive the quests"
