im seeing several alliances in beyond the horizon where the capital appears to be owned by someone other than the alliance leader. anyone know whats up with that?

When the original leader passes the leadership, the capital stays with him.

Most of the top (German) groups in the Horizon event don't have a Capital to retaliate against.
Sure hope when it ends that they get nothing.
Also - we had 204,000 influence and lost 134,000 in 1 attack which of course when to a German alliance that does not have a capital.

There ARE others in the top 10 that do not.
There also must be boosters that can be purchased. I have seen attacks on my Capital that the first hit that landed gave LESS by FAR than the 2nd and 3rd, before the 4th was back in line with the 1st.
Not being a "Paying Customer" I haven't seen those boosters. Just another way this is 100% Pay to Win.....
