1) You have to take this up with support

2) I'd rather not share your email publicly if I werr you, because that is information that may be used by anyone to claim your account.

3) Not all accusations are credible, because there are many instances where people like to point fingers and start drama. Reason I'm saying this is because I find it strange that you talk about this on the forums, and including some private info as well...

Good luck reclaiming your property. Contact support and make sure you have additional information about your account like when you first made it, first alliance you ever joined and any you joined since, dates of purchased rubies etc... The alleged thief clearly has access to your email so you will definitely need to one-up them.
