If I am under the Dove,  Can I still hit towers in Beri without losing my Dove?

No you can't. When you go to attack a tower, you get a message saying you will lose your protection if you proceed.

Depends which dove.  The beri dove you lose.  Your account dove is not active in beri.

Yes You can play in Beri when Your Main Castle is under the Dove.
