I have been suspended for seven years i need some explanation. can someone please simplify point 7.11 and explain to me what i did wrong

I think that's a better question for support, who can actually look at your account, rather than asking other players who don't know you.

Its almost impossible to get banned in this game unless you do something that costs GGE money ie ask for you money back for ANY reason justifed or not.

There are people still playing that break the rules day in day out and have been doing it for 7 years+

So whatever you did congratulations, you have joined a very rare minority of people that have been perminantly banned.
