Is there a way to send a battle report to someone not in your alliance?

Not within the game.  You can take multiple screen caps of the report and then use a posting site like snipboard.io or others.  Then send them the link, but you have to break the link up to prevent the "you cannot share links" message from showing up.    Like the below would have to be called "https:     //snipboard    .io/FxHv7Q.jpg", but with only one space between the sections.  It can be a bit of a pain...….

There is currently not a way to forward battle reports outside of your alliance. There may be workarounds like @Wasso (INT3) kindly mentioned, but nothing within the games mechanics that will allow this. I will however put this feedback down for consideration. Thanks!

I don't think that's a great idea because I can see the level of spam I'd getvwith such a feature would be implemented. If such a feature were to come I think that the "forwarded battle report" tag should be changed if sent be someone not in your alliance to prevent some clutter.

I always send my links this way.  All you have to do is copy and paste without having to delete anything.
