the wheel of unimaginable affluence has  been around for awhile yet I have neither seen nor found any information on acquiring affluence tickets. can anyone enlighten me as to the acquisition of them?

you just buy them for rubies in the armorer.  

they are not available for free

You can also buy packs of them in the "Sale" section bottom of the offers.  There are two tabs on the left - one for troop packs and one for event packs which change from time to time.

It is good to spin that wheel. I did and get instant food with armies. Instant relic commanders. Instant 2 MILLION  rubies. Instant chest for nomads and samurais. Instant wall capacity 20lv , same food relics and legendary for bakery and granaries and green houses  plus lot of berimond splendors.And a lot other bonuses.
