several months ago, I had about 1500 upgrade tokens. I wanted to upgrade my barracks, but the cost was ALL my tokens, so I thiught I would collect more before I would upgrade so as not to be tapped out. Now I have 3600 upgrade tokens and the price is 3600, or all my upgrade tokens. Is this normal?  The price is all your tokens, no matter how many?   MAX
