I need some help understanding the Horizon event. At what time does the clock determine the league's ranking in the competition? Is it the time when the last points are awarded or 2.5 hours later when the whole event ends?

When the whole event ends.

They take the Alliance Influence and ADD IN all the individual Influence for that Alliance to make the Final Total.

I had not played for a few rounds, but did this last one.  I saw people joining in that last 2 hours to get the base 25,000 while under the bird for 6 hours.  That is an easy way to manipulate the scores by those who have "spare" accounts.....

Ok. But something doesn't match. For us in Finland, the Horizon Event ends at 04:00 local time. and the final points will be awarded at 01:30. Our alliance had 03.59 points in 161k and ranked 606. When the points were split at 01.31 we had points in association 370k and ranked 428. I had been monitoring the night by then and watching the situation.

I don't understand this because at 04.00 when the game was over, placing 1000 or better was worth 71k points.

We had 6 players who brought in 25,000 points for the last count.

With GG I communicated and they say we didn't get points because our rank was 1167 and the union then had 137566 points.

There is your answer.

You may be right.  You had 6 players under the bird for a guaranteed 150,000?  You may be wrong.   Did any of them accidentally break their bird?

Since GGS are the only people to see the final 'official' ranking list, you have to take their word for it...……..
