Cananyone tell me how to get some permanent commander look items I only know of one and thats a reward from the Carnival of the Phoenix so any other ones out there at all?

Yes.  From the other Collectors Events.

In addition to the "Phoenix Mask", there is the "Iced Lava Cup", "Hunting Knife",  and "Honeycomb" to name a few.  I don't have the entire list from the Collectors......….....

You can also buy them from special offers. Usually with monthly updates, they come out with a new look.

You can win permanent commander look items in the collector events and buy them with rubies, these usually come with the monthly updates.
