With this report I want to submit to your attention a proposal relating to SABOTAGE and MEDICINES OF THE PLAGUE, with the dual purpose of fighting the phenomenon of multiaccounts and ensuring a peaceful game environment for everyone.

The proposal is as follows:

1. ELIMINATION from Empire of the SABOTAGE and MEDICINE OF THE PLAGUE functions, as completely useless to the game;

or, in the alternative:

2. DRASTIC REDUCTION of the functions of SABOTAGE and DOCTORS OF THE PLAGUE; for example: possibility of sabotaging or sending plague doctors to one castle per account and not to all (from the main to the islands), at most every 24 hours and not every 12 hours, at the same level (70 vs 70, 23 vs 23, etc.) and not at much higher levels.

Our servers are stormed by MULTIACCOUNT (which are also forbidden by the game contract) that manage castles, especially low level ones, which do not participate in any event but are used exclusively to sabotage several times a day, with the sole purpose of preventing play or annoy the players who instead play, participate in events, buy offers and go up all the rankings.

This request arises from a serious confrontation between many top players who suffer helpless on a daily basis many sabotages and / or plagues (nobody cannot attack the spies or plague doctors, the taverns can be burned but this does not prevent them from being used anyway) and they are beginning to stop playing or are forced in spite of themselves to activate protection.

Just build some Guardhouses and then they have to actually put effort into sabotaging you due to high fail rate. Most likely will get bored of doing it.

Unfortunately, the solution is not that simple. 
Da un lato ci sono players che gestiscono oltre 30 account, ognuno con un certo bagaglio di piume, 
che utilizzano per sabotare e non si fanno scoraggiare dai fallimenti, tentano fino a che 
il sabotaggio va a buon fine. 
Dall'altro lato questi players, quando prendono di mira qualcuno, continuano per anni a sabotare, 
ad utilizzare la peste e fare altre azioni di disturbo. 
Nel mio caso sono 2 anni che vengo sabotata ogni giorno, ogni 12 ore.

because sabotage or plague are tools provided by the game, and does not care to offer 
a peaceful game environment to everyone.

On the one hand, there are players who manage over 30 accounts, each with a certain amount of feathers, which they use to sabotage and are not discouraged by bankruptcies, they try until the sabotage is successful.

On the other hand, these players, as in my personal experience but I'm not the only one, when they target someone, continue for years to sabotage, use the plague and do other disturbing actions. In my case I have been sabotaged for 2 years every day, every 12 hours, in all the castles.

Personally I have write hundreds of player reports to technical support, but GGS does not intervene because sabotage or plague are tools provided by the game, and does not care to offer a peaceful game environment to everyone.

You should try to change your report from having too many Sabotages / Plagues to reporting the names of the players who have the 30 accounts. THAT is the real issue, and one that GGS CLAIMS to take seriously. We often doubt how serious they take it as we all know multi-accounts that have been in use for years.

BUT, to have multiple accounts on the same server is against the Terms of Service. Breaking those are officially something they CAN do something about. You never know, you could be the 1 in 500 reports that they actually look into and ban the offending accounts...….
