Hi i recently had gems go to full capacity.
This meant i didn't get outer reward gem rewards. Is there any way to get these gems back?

They SHOULD be in the Lost and Found.  Click the box in the lower left,



What you describe is exactly what it is SUPPOSED to help with.........

It says there are no rewards

Only option then is to contact support.  They SHOULD be able to see what happened to the Gems and help you out.....

Try upgrading your gems and you will never have this problem again
