Q1. How to get relic food items? (on which those achievements have been introduced in the may update)
Q2. What do you mean by Three star Equipments?

I believe they are actually talking about relic food build items not greenhouses of conservatories.

You can win them in LTPE, FLs and BCs or construct them with the newer materials.

Not what he asked really. He was specifically asking for relic food items. This also depends on his level too. Because he is asking the question, it looks as though he may not be a level 70 and thus has no access to outers.

The main way to get relic food build items is through the crafting area in the construction yard. There's two types of relic food build item, regular and premium.

Materials for the regular food item are found in the silver token part of the Apprentice Blacksmith shop, while the materials for the premium relic build items can be won in the Beyond the Horizon event that runs every 2 weeks or so. (The next one starts tomorrow, I think).

Regarding the relic equipment, each piece has 3 stats that are given 'star ratings':
1-3 Blue Stars - Worst stats
1-3 Silver Stars
3 Gold Stars - Best stats

The achievements require that the Helmet, Chestplate, Weapon, Artefact and Hero all have at least ONE stat with 3 Blue/Silver/Gold stars to complete.

Does that make any sense?
