I have been playing 6 years & never encountered this problem

I cannot submit a ticket to support

when i fill in the fields as normal this is what I get

Since this generally indicates that something was entered incorrectly, I think all I can really do is ask you to make sure that the server you selected from the drop-down menu is correct, and the email you are using is the one linked to your account.

Other than that, I'm afraid I can't help much.
