In the above screenshot, as you can see i have sent 10k stone to one of my alliance members. However when i went to send more from my OPs, it showed that i could send 3.2k more. So i sent that and then it said that i could send 900 more, and then 200 and then 90 and then 60. Even after sending what i thought to be the max capacity of my barrows, the game said that i could send more. Is this a bug?

I can't say I've ever seen this before. The only thing I can think of is that it may be something linked to having market barrow capacity on your relic castellan hero, so if that's the case I don't have an answer right now.

No. My castellan does not have a bonus for market barrow capacity. So im guessing its a bug then.....
