Topic: [374742] Does GoodGame give refunds out, even for a misunderstanding?

After having paid 9.99$ for 24,000 rubies (110% bonus), the game gave me a huge amount of rubies, troops, and other stuff that I did not want (60k or so rubies, 2,400 soldiers, and other resources) . The bloating that was caused by it plummeted my food and other resources immediately, it was overwhelming and sort of ruined the game for me.

Is there any way to contact Goodgame for this specific situation or are there no-refunds period?

I have never seen anyone complain about being given rubies..lol if you want they can be donated to your alliance

Troops can just be deleted in the barracks if you dont want them in the units overview tab..

It was just overwhelming getting all of that so early on with no input from me at all.

I'm only really concerned about the consequences to my game, it was my decision to spend the money but I can live with a mistake like that. Just wanted to know if there was an actual possibility of getting it back though.

there is no harm in putting in a ticket to support I guess, you do that in game by clicking on the help icon top right then support.

I can't give you the answer as I have never tried it..

You are right to be concerned as its not helpful to rush through the levels, build up slowly and try to win what you can at the lower levels..
