Yes, It is possible you need good mobile device (2-3gb ram) at least also Mozilla firefox browser you just open game normally and play. But if you device is bad then it will take forever to load game 5-10 mins.

We actually have a mobile game on the app store; Empire Four Kingdoms.

Unfortunately, it's a different game to Goodgame Empire so you won't be able to link your PC account to it, but it's played exactly the same.

If you want to play Goodgame Empire on mobile, I use a browser called Puffin which worked fairly well with the game.
