The tickets cost 8k per one but they are on offer sometimes. Lucky pennies only come in money offers and subscriptions I think.

You can buy affluence tickets from the sale icon but it's only really worth doing a 100 quids worth of tickets or buy individual tickets for 8k or 5k during a sale but it isnt worth it, Lucky pennies are part of the subscription 1 bundle you get 10 each month wow.

The lucky pennies you can get by getting 1,503 season points in a month, but I don't know about the tickets.

It's a PO item so should pop up in offers (to purchase for rubies) - been getting loads of different ones
